Kindly read through our terms and Conditions, once the deposit has been paid, this means you fully agree with our terms & conditions . And are entering into a legal binding agreement with Dolly Party Delight Event.

 For all events with Dolly Party, we are open for Consultation and Venue Viewing to discuss decor ideas base on your Choice for the special day. We charge a Consultation fee & viewing of venue fee of £30 .


A visit to your chosen venue cost £30 within 10 mile radius, additional charges will be incurred if the venue is beyond the 10 Mile radius.


This fee will be deducted from your final invoice once your booking has been confirmed


You will receive an itemized breakdown detailing decor discussed and your quote will be held for 10 working days to allow you time to read through and if after reading, you are oblige to get back to us on your final decision.


A deposit of 50% ( of the total invoice) is required once an agreement is reach within 10 working days so as to confirm your booking.


The remaining balance of 50% is required at most 48 hours before the event day.


Payment are accepted via Cash,  Cheque or Bank Transfer.


Last minute changes need to be confirmed 72 hours before the event date.


Once the Venue is chosen, we encourage our Clients to make it clear to the Venue Owner to arrange all Chairs and Tables, And If we at (DOLLY PARTY) are to provide the Chairs and Tables, we will endeavor to arrange in a manner that will suit your Day.


Cancellation

Any cancellation does attract penalties


Cancellation 30 days before the event  attract 50% of the price


Cancellation 15 days before the event attract 70% of the price


Cancellation 7 days before the event attract 80% of the price.


Cancellation 3 days before the event attract 100%


Legal

We at Dolly Party Delight uses an external debt collection agency to collect overdue payments. We make all reasonable attempts to resolve payment dispute in house either by mail, phone calls or post before any debt is passed on.


All charges incurred will be passed on.

Liability

All items will be delivered to the Venue in good Condition with a deposit of £100 required. Incase of any damages/ missing items, the £100 deposit will be use to cover the cost .And If after the event, No loss or damages incurred, the £100 will be refunded.
