Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Dolly Party Delight Events Ltd,
established in 2012, is a premier event planning and management company
dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. We specialize in bespoke event
design and execution, bringing clients’ visions to life with creativity and
precision. Our services include weddings, corporate galas, birthday
celebrations, proposals, and baby christenings.
2. Purpose
This Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
outlines the terms and conditions under which clients may cancel their events
and request refunds. It aims to provide clarity and ensure fairness for both
the client and Dolly Party Delight Events Ltd.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all clients who
have entered into an agreement with Dolly Party Delight Events Ltd for event
planning and management services.
4. Cancellation by Client
• Notice Period:
• Cancellations must be submitted in
writing via email to info@dollypartydelighteventsltd.com.
• The effective date of cancellation is
the date on which the written notice is received by Dolly Party Delight Events
Ltd.
• Refund Eligibility:
• Cancellations made more than 60 days
prior to the event date: Eligible for a full refund of any payments made, minus
a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total contract value.
• Cancellations made between 30 to 60
days prior to the event date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total contract
value.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days
prior to the event date: No refunds will be issued.
5. Cancellation by Dolly Party Delight
Events Ltd
In the unlikely event that Dolly Party
Delight Events Ltd must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances,
clients will be offered:
• A full refund of all payments made,
including the deposit.
• Assistance in finding an alternative
service provider, if applicable.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure
to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to
causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God,
war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
7. Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed
within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be issued using the same
method of payment as the original transaction.
8. Amendments and Rescheduling
• Requests to reschedule an event must
be made in writing and are subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not feasible, the
cancellation policy will apply based on the date the rescheduling request was
made.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By entering into a service agreement with
Dolly Party Delight Events Ltd, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms
outlined in this Event Cancellation and Refund Policy.
